Students Honoured at Virtual War Memorial Australia Awards Ceremony

We proudly congratulate two of our Year 9 students, Isaiah Goh and Sabina Di Iulio, for their outstanding contributions recognised at the recent Virtual War Memorial Australia (VWMA) Awards Ceremony. Held at the Torrens Parade Ground, the ceremony celebrated the dedication and commitment of students towards commemorating the lives of servicepeople from World War I.

The Year 9 History course offers students the opportunity to engage with history in a meaningful way by researching the life and war experiences of individual servicepeople. These biographies are then added to the VWMA's WW1 commemorative collections.

Isaiah Goh and Sabina Di Iulio showcased exemplary research and dedication in completing their biographies, earning them well-deserved Excellence/Commendation Awards.

Congratulations to Isaiah Goh and Sabina Di Iulio on this remarkable achievement.
