Homepage Ignatian Values Student Leadership On this page Senior School Student Leadership Junior School Student Leadership Senior School Student Leadership The duties of the College Senior Leaders are to ensure the smooth running of the Senior Year and support the needs of the wider student body and College community. Tasks include assisting at College functions, fundraising and leading House activities, Chapel Services and House Masses. Senior Leaders are role models who seek to support the College charism. Junior School Student Leadership Developing students’ abilities as leaders is an important aspect of producing men and women for others. Involvement and identity with house groups is also important in helping students gain a sense of belonging and purpose. Junior School House Leaders are selected in the year prior to students entering Year 6. The process for selection gives opportunities for each member of the year level cohort to strive to become a leader.
