From the Parents and Friends

The Ignatius Fair will be held on the Bourke Oval at the Senior School on Saturday 6 April. Please find information below on how you can assist us in bringing this event to life.

DONATION DRIVE
The donation drive will run from Monday 25 March to Thursday 28 March between 8:00 am and 8:40 am each day.

We are seeking the following donations:

• Uniforms for on-selling and recycling (formal & co-curricular - including old version)
• Cans of soft drinks
• Items for the Silent Auction
• Wine bottles for the Wine Wall

Donation drop-off points:

• Junior School - laneway
• Senior School - Manresa Court (kiss & drop) or Front Office

Purple wheelie bins for uniforms
Soon you will see purple wheelie bins placed in both Kiss and Drop areas of the Junior and Senior Schools. We encourage you to place preloved formal and co-curricular uniforms and outdated co-curricular uniforms in these bins at any time of the morning.

VOLUNTEERING ON A STALL
We are seeking additional volunteers for all stalls. If you can assist, even an hour of your time, this will be largely helpful. We ask that you please contact the stall convenor allocated to your child’s year level, or for whichever stall you may have expertise or specific interest. View the stall convenors here.

RAFFLE BOOKS
Raffle books are being sent home with the eldest child in each family - please check the bottom of school bags. Books are to be returned by Friday, 29 March to Front Office (Junior School) and Bookroom (Senior School).

Extra raffle books
We have a number of families wanting to purchase more tickets, if you have unsold books please return at your earliest convenience. Additional books can be collected from the Front Office.

Athletics Day will be held at the Senior School on Wednesday 27 March.

Our Parents and Friends Committee will host their yearly bake sale and they need your help!

If you would like to supply baked goods, please drop off your goodies at the Junior School by 8:45 am or bring them directly to the event. Don't forget to attach a list of ingredients.
