Bursary & Building Funds

The Saint Ignatius' College Foundation operates two tax-deductible funds - the Bursary Fund and the Building Fund.

As we celebrate 75 years of the College, we look not only to our past, but to the future we are shaping together. Today’s students are the leaders, advocates, and change agents of tomorrow.

By making a gift, it is an opportunity to play a part in shaping a better world, making a lasting impact and ensuring that the generous spirit that helped shape the success of our past achievements at our College continues.

The Ignatian Bursary Fund

It is a deeply held value and tradition of the College and Jesuit charism that an Ignatian education remains available for all people despite their financial means, background or experiences; therefore, the College supports many students and families each year through a Bursary Fund sustained by our community. Your gift to the Ignatian Bursary Fund enables bursaries to be provided to more families, ensuring they benefit from a Jesuit education at Saint Ignatius' College that would otherwise be out of reach.

Sliding Doors Foundation

In 2024, the Saint Ignatius’ College Foundation began a meaningful partnership with the Sliding Doors Foundation. Sliding Doors provides financial assistance to young people from disadvantaged backgrounds, helping to improve access to education and develop future leaders. Through this collaboration, bursary recipients at Saint Ignatius’ College benefit from greater stability and support throughout their educational journey. With Old Ignatians serving on the Sliding Doors Foundation Board, we are proud to see our graduates igniting change for a brighter world.
