Campbelltown Council Disability Access and Inclusion Plan
Community Consultation Opportunity
Campbelltown City Council is committed to providing a community that is accessible and inclusive for everyone. To support this objective, Council is redeveloping its Disability Access and Inclusion Plan 2020-2023 that will support and work towards creating a more accessible and inclusive organisation and community.
This survey is for people with a disability, their carers and family members, and all members of the Campbelltown community. It is important to Council to gather community feedback about your experiences accessing Council services or facilities, or communicating with Council to help inform the new Plan. This feedback will assist us to identify any barriers to access and inclusion and to continue to improve services and facilities.
You can provide your feedback by:
- Visiting https://www.campbelltown.sa.gov.au/council/have-your-say/haveyoursay/disability-access-and-inclusion-plan-stage-1-consultation to complete the online survey
- Downloading and completing the hardcopy survey and return to Council via email (email@example.com) or post City of Campbelltown PO Box 1 Campbelltown 5074
