2019 Term 2 Week 9

2019 Saint Ignatius Art Show

The biennial Saint Ignatius Art Show is back again this year with over 85 South Australian established and emerging artists, including indigenous artwork from Kaltjiti Arts and Crafts, a community based, Aboriginal art centre in the community of Fregon in the APY Lands of South Australia.

The Art Show has been a very special Saint Ignatius' College event since 2000 and is a wonderful opportunity for the school and wider community to come together to appreciate the beauty and inspiration that art can bring to life and perhaps to purchase a piece to take home. When you buy artwork from the Saint Ignatius Art Show you are supporting both the College and our local artists.

This year we are very excited to present our very talented Feature Artist, Yuro Cuchor, a sculptor who pushes boundaries of what is possible and creates dazzling and beautiful works.

Opening Night Tickets (Friday 9 August), sponsored by Sevenhill Cellars are available for purchase from our website www.saintignatiusartshow.com.au or through Trybooking https://www.trybooking.com/BBDMF

Please follow our Facebook https://www.facebook.com/saintignatiusartshow/ and Instagram https://www.instagram.com/saintignatiusartshow/ pages to get sneak peeks of the work of the exhibiting artists and to hear more about their stories and inspirations.
