We could not have had a more glorious start to the Year 5 camp at Victor Harbor this week. Sunshine, blue sky, and plenty of excitement marked our arrival at Adare camp site. In their two days away, the children were abuzz with outdoor team-building challenges. Year 6 Chinatown, 2019 In Week 3, Year 6 students visited Chinatown Adelaide to further experience the multicultural communities in Adelaide as part of language learning. Students participated in a few activities, such as counting bubble tea shops and different cultures, finding missing Chinese characters and checking prices in Asian grocery shops. Out of School Hours Care
Dear Families A Pupil Free Day is scheduled for Friday 21 June and OSHC will offer care from 7.30am–6.00pm on this day. Planned activities include a Robotics workshop which will be held on College grounds and run by STEM KIDS. The usual OSHC craft, cooking and outdoor activities will also occur. Saint Ignatius 2019 Art Show
The biennial Saint Ignatius Art Show is back again this year with over 85 South Australian established and emerging artists, including indigenous artwork from Kaltjiti Arts and Crafts, a community based, Aboriginal art centre in the community of Fregon in the APY Lands of South Australia.
