Strategic Plan 2019-2023

This plan is the result of work undertaken throughout 2018 and incorporates input from our families, students and staff.

The College Board directed the process and provided great leadership throughout the key stages of the work. They were instrumental in ensuring that the final document accurately reflected the input from all our contributors. The plan was officially approved by Jesuit Education Australia (JEA) in December last year and is presented here for all who may have an interest in the ongoing performance of Saint Ignatius’ College.

We hope that all those who read the plan will find it to be both inspirational and aspirational. The key priorities in the plan will guide the College’s decision-making and work this year and in coming years.
