On Friday the 16 June, as a culmination to the unit on Regional French cooking, the Year 10 French students shared some regional French dishes with their classmates that they had prepared themselves. Dishes included; La Tarte Tatin, Le bœuf Bourguignon, La Bouillabaisse, Les Madeleines, les Macarons, Le gratin de pommes de terre, Le clafoutis, La Bûche de Noël et Les éclairs. Ils étaient vraiment délicieux!
