Out of School Hours Care

Dear Families,

Don’t forget to book in for the Pupil Free Day scheduled for Friday 23 June. An excursion to Hoyts Cinema’s is planned to see “Cats in the Museum”; plus, the usual OSHC craft, cooking & outdoor activities will also occur.

You must book in by filling out the consent form and returning it to an OSHC educator by 6:00pm Friday 16 June. Payment must be made at the time of booking. Any bookings made after this date may not be possible and will incur a late booking fee of $20.00**

The July vacation care program has now been released. Again, you must book in using the forms provided in the vacation care booklet. Payment must be made at the time of booking and forms must be completed in full to confirm the days required. Remember that fees are non-refundable unless your child is sick and has a doctor’s certificate.

The vacation care program is extremely popular and books out early, especially on excursion days, so be quick to avoid disappointment. Information can be found at the service, on the College website or in the Ignatian.

A reminder to please contact the service on 8130 7113 as soon as possible if your child is booked in on the pupil free day or on a vacation care day but cannot attend. This gives those on a waiting list the chance to attend.
