Saint Ignatius’ College would like to acknowledge and congratulate Year 4 student Nathan Murawala for his exemplary performance in Year 5/6 Cricket over the weekend. Nathan who has already been a stand-out player in Year 4 cricket this year was invited to debut for the Year 5/6 GOLD team as they were short on players this week. Nathan delivered a sublime performance not only scoring 39* (off 12 balls) with the bat, but also taking 5/2 with the ball. This is not only an all-round feat that has not been achieved in my 6 years at the College, but perhaps in our College’s 72 year history! The College is super proud of your efforts, Nathan! This is only a sign of great things to come from such a talented student. Well done!
