On Friday, May 12 as part of the History Month program author, historian and publisher Mr Peter Ingman visited our college to present a Q and A style presentation. A large audience of students and staff listened to Peter speak about the Pacific campaign during World War Two with a particular focus upon the conduct of air warfare and Australia’s contribution in this region. He discussed the overall Japanese threat to Australia with a detailed analysis of the bombing of Darwin. On behalf of the Humanities Faculty, I wish to thank Peter Ingman for his engaging presentation and for our History subject Co-Ordinator Mr Simon Butler helping to facilitate this event.
