Homepage News/Calendar The Ignatian Newsletter History Month at Ignatius Article information Time 15 May 2023 On Friday, May 12 as part of the History Month program author, historian and publisher Mr Peter Ingman visited our college to present a Q and A style presentation. A large audience of students and staff listened to Peter speak about the Pacific campaign during World War Two with a particular focus upon the conduct of air warfare and Australia’s contribution in this region. He discussed the overall Japanese threat to Australia with a detailed analysis of the bombing of Darwin.
