Homepage News/Calendar The Ignatian Newsletter From the Head of Studies and Innovation Article information Time 5 Sep 2023 Our College has recently gone through some significant changes, especially at our Senior campus. These changes show our dedication to providing a contemporary Ignatian education in today's evolving educational landscape. One key transformation is the restructuring of our curriculum leadership. Our new curriculum leadership structure has been carefully developed based on research, input from our staff, and a focus on holistic learning theory. It's designed to be more streamlined, collaborative, and rooted in a comprehensive approach to education. To further enhance innovation at the Senior Campus, we've introduced three unique Dean roles that break down the traditional separation between curriculum, pastoral care, and student well-being. Instead, we're embracing a more integrated approach that considers all aspects of student learning. We're excited about the potential of this new model to support the development of all our students, empowering them to thrive on their educational journey. We look forward to implementing this model in 2024, as it promotes genuine co-active leadership, bringing our staff together and fostering a sense of interconnectedness among them.
