Homepage News/Calendar The Ignatian Newsletter From the Head of Senior School Article information Time 23 Mar 2022 The annual Careers Market was held on Wednesday evening. The Dennett Centre was transformed, with over 40 stalls showcasing a variety of career pathways. The universities also provided information about their courses. We are grateful for the many voluntary presenters and for the work of Mrs Lisa McDonald, the Vocational Services Coordinator, and PLP teachers in curating this component of the Personal Learning Plan for Year 10 students. Thank you to the parents and students who participated in our recent online Subject Conversations with teachers via Teams. We often talk about the essential partnership with families in order to support students on their learning journey. This was evident in the many rich and enjoyable conversations over these two nights. We thank the subject teachers for their help to families in these Subject Conversations and their diligence in providing continuous feedback through online reporting to students and parents at key periods. If parents would like to follow up wellbeing matters, please contact your child’s Mentor Teacher who can liaise with their House Leader or the Pastoral Care Coordinator, Dr Nathan Leber.
