As a Jesuit school, we seek to create a culture that encourages people to be kind-hearted and selfless, every moment of every day. At Saint Ignatius' College, we are committed to providing safe, welcoming, respectful, and inclusive environments. Our hope is to equip our students with the ability to become agents of change, responding to the Gospel's demands in our contemporary, global community.

Next week is Harmony Week, a time when we acknowledge and celebrate the diversity of Australians from all walks of life. The 2023 theme, ‘Everyone Belongs’, highlights the importance of inclusion and community. Our House communities will gather in solidarity to support all students at the College and throughout Australia in promoting respect, companionship, and belonging. The Harmony Week website, https://www.harmony.gov.au/, offers good ideas on how to participate in this celebration.

Finally, we wish good luck to all the crews participating in the Head of the River regatta tomorrow at West Lakes.
