As a Jesuit school, we seek to build a school culture that encourages people to be decent human beings and to be men and women for others every moment of every day. Today is the National Day of Action against Bullying and Violence. The 2022 theme is Kindness Culture, it starts with you. Today, the House communities gathered in solidarity to promote inclusion, respect, and community belonging for all students at the College and in all schools across Australia. We are determined to address bullying and violence. The Bullying. No Way! website is a great resource for schools, parents, and caregivers. https://bullyingnoway.gov.au/

At Saint Ignatius’ College, we strive to create environments that are safe, welcoming, respectful, and inclusive. We hope our students become agents of change, responding to the demands of the Gospel in a contemporary global community.

Good luck to the crews competing at the Head of the River Regatta tomorrow at West Lakes. We wish them well.
