Wednesday night saw another huge contingent of athletes, led by our Captains of Swimming Noah McDonald and Sophie Polyak attend the North Adelaide Aquatic Centre to contest the Catholic Co-Ed Swimming Carnival.

We were able to walk away with three individual shields, U14 and U13 Boys and Open Women, narrowly missing out a shield for u16 girls by 2 points. We came third with 1277 points overall; beating Gleeson, Trinity, Cardijn and Tennyson Woods Colleges, narrowly missing out on 2nd place by 39 points to Nazareth (1316), with Mercedes winning overall on the night (1396). It is pleasing to see a great deal of depth in our junior male athletes and I look forward to watching this group develop in the future.

Shields:

Under 13 and 14 Boys:
Aiden Lee, Dylan Le, Henry Liu, Chenyang Gong, Pranav Anthony, Dante Guerra, Alek Strojek, Alex Corbo and Eric Young.

Open Women:
Juliet Mazur, Sabina Strojek, Lucie Bailey, Sophie Polyak and Chloe Healy and Ella Sloan.
