Art: drawing using perspective

Ms Minucci’s Year 8 Art students have been learning about drawing using perspective and the difference between 1-point perspective and 2-point perspective. This led to a drawing of a milk carton using 1 point perspective. After this, we practised applying tonal values using a variety of graphite pencils. The results have been impressive. This will lead to term 2, where students will begin a unit learning painting skills and looking at painting tonal values with acrylic paint.
