How Can I Help?
The Ignatian Bursary Fund
It is a deeply held value and tradition of the College and Jesuit charism that an Ignatian education remains available for all people despite their financial means, background or experiences; therefore, the College supports many students and families each year through a bursary fund sustained by our community.
Donations to The Ignatian Bursary Fund enables bursaries to be provided to more families, ensuring they benefit from a Jesuit education at Saint Ignatius' College that would otherwise be out of reach. Donations to the Ignatian Bursary Fund are tax deductible.

Junior School Tuckshop
The Junior School Tuckshop is more than just somewhere to buy food. Just as the kitchen is the heart of the home, it can be said that the tuckshop is the heart the school. It is where our young ones are nurtured. It is a place they can depend on to be cared for away from home. It is a warm, welcoming setting where they will always find a friendly face.
Our (very compact) tuckshop has been faithfully servicing the College community since 1951. Marie Hawkins, our wonderful Tuckshop Manager, and generous parent volunteers have always done an amazing job, caring for our students’ needs and individual wellbeing with limited space and equipment. As our community has grown, we have outgrown the space. The time has come to create new spacious facilities with modern equipment that will meet the current needs of our Junior School students and families.
To kickstart our crusade we launched the ‘Shout-A-Coffee’ campaign to raise funds for this worthy project, because we believe in the power of one. And one coffee! If every Saint Ignatius' College parent donated the equivalent of just one cup of coffee a week, for the whole year we could raise approximately $172,000. What a powerful difference for only $3.50 a week. Additional donations are always welcome to assist in getting the project off the ground. We look forward to working with you and our entire Ignatian community in bringing our new tuckshop to life.

The Caroline Chisholm Building Appeal
The Caroline Chisholm Building replaces the Senior School Administration building which was built in 1967. The new building is a three-storey development which seamlessly connects to the current three levels of the Bellarmine Building.
The new building supports our teachers and students by providing them with facilities that meet today’s needs. Services on the ground level include reception, student services, student infirmary, student counselling, careers counselling, academic and course guidance. Contrasting with this, the entire top floor is dedicated to creating flexible learning spaces to support new and innovative teaching and learning practices. It is in these spaces that teachers will work with and encourage students to build critical thinking and collaborative skills.
Together with your sustained support we will build on the generosity of our past donors to provide new opportunities that enrich the lives of our young students and prepare them to be leaders equipped for the future.

Bequests are the most effective way of providing benefits for future generations of Ignatians. Bequests may be a share of an estate, cash or tems of personal property or real estate.
Over the years, Saint Ignatius' College has been the recipient of a number of welcome and unexpected bequests. We wish to acknowledge and thank the people who confirm a bequest in their lifetime and give them the recognition they deserve.
To discuss leaving a bequest or making a tax deductible contribution to Saint Ignatius’ College please contact our Director of Advancement, Mrs Sue Giacobbe, on 8334 9356 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
