Charlie Belperio and Bev Clark started Belperio Clark in 1992, with old Ignatian, Erica Panagakos, joining them as a Director of the firm in 2020. Although the business has grown over the years, we work hard to maintain the focus and personal touch of a small legal practice. At Belperio Clark, our goal is to minimise stress for parties who find themselves in dispute. We recognise that litigation is expensive and damaging for families, and should always be a last resort. Our firm has a strong focus on alternative dispute resolution such as mediation and Collaborative practice. We care about our clients, and finding the best and most cost effective solutions for them. Our aim is to keep families out of Court wherever possible.
